3. Listing data sources

Roamera is a directory. Listing information — including property names, addresses, photos, ratings, and descriptions — is compiled from publicly available sources such as Google Places and operator websites. This data was not submitted by the operators themselves, and listings do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the listed property.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee that information is current or complete. If you are a property owner or manager and wish to update, correct, or remove your listing, please contact us at hello@roamera.co and we will action your request promptly.

4. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy:

• PostHog — product analytics (posthog.com/privacy)
• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure (supabase.com/privacy)
• Google Places API — location and listing data (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

These services act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by their respective data processing agreements.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly as a result.

6. Affiliate links

Roamera does not currently use affiliate links or receive compensation for referrals to third-party sites. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and clearly disclose any affiliate relationships on affected pages, in accordance with FTC guidelines.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

Roamera is operated from the United States. If you are located in the EU or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on standard contractual clauses and our processors’ data transfer mechanisms where applicable.

Roamera is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. If changes are material, we will notify users who have provided an email address.
