About This Space

We sit on the road to Ca' Bicci in Pennabilli, in the hills where Romagna, the Marche and Tuscany meet. The name blends "ca'" (traditional country homes) with "co" for coliving, coworking and community, and we're backed by partners including Fondazione Vismara and the Italian Digital Nomads Association. Alongside accommodation we run an incubator for social startups and a programme of community events and workshops.

What This Place Offers

The Community 🤙

We share a home in Pennabilli, on the border of Tuscany, Marche, and Emilia Romagna, surrounded by a 5,000 m2 garden. Life here mixes spontaneous moments of sharing with cultural events, nature excursions, and creative workshops like theatre programs. We connect with the local community and join in town happenings such as the Pennabilli Buskers Festival. There's also a social enterprise incubator, so it's a place for people building meaningful projects together.

Coworking Space 💻

We work from coworking spaces surrounded by greenery, with professional workstations and a relaxation area built for focus. Our standout feature is a very fast 1 Gb internet connection, with the environment designed around fluid space, fast connection, and zero unnecessary distractions. We have 24/7 assistance if anything comes up. Between work sessions we step out into the large garden to recharge.
