About This Space

We live in a historic red-brick country house that was once the home-studio of painter Arnoldo Ciarrocchi, where artists and writers used to gather. We've kept that creative, heritage feel while adding modern comforts, an infinity pool, and a shared kitchen, set in nature on the Marche hillside facing the sea. We're run by WAS srl with a focus on smart, eco-conscious shared living.

What This Place Offers

The Community 🤙

We're a mixed crew of remote workers, freelancers, and travelers sharing a historic red-brick home in the Marche countryside that overlooks the Adriatic. Days here move at an easy pace, with the infinity pool and panoramic terrace doubling as our favorite spots to gather. We cook in the shared kitchen, swap supermarket finds, and join in on optional yoga, meditation, or cycling tours when the mood strikes. Even our resident cat Silvano is part of the family, and the sea views never get old.

Coworking Space 💻

We work from bright, panoramic coworking spaces that look out over the surrounding nature and the coast. The Starlink connection is fast and reliable indoors and even poolside, so we can take a call or push through a deadline wherever we feel most comfortable. Some of us prefer the focus of a private room with its own desk, while others gather in the shared work areas during the day. There's also a meeting room with a conference table when we need to collaborate.
